1947 Ford COE
Here are a few pictures of my 47' and a 39' cab that maybe one day I will use for a future project.
The 47' was kind of a barn find, I found on craigslist, it had not run in 20 years but had been rebuilt back in the day of flatheads.
I thought it was stuck when I got it cause I could not turn it over,
Only to find out after I pulled the heads that a bit of loose carbon was on top of a piston
stopping the piston from coming all the way up !
So a new set of gaskets and the same plug wires and some paint it runs great with 40lbs of oil pressure !
The one with my wife and I was on the first little car show outing.
