Here is an updated picture of my COE.Fenders are fiberglass. I added 1 1/2 inches to the inside.
The headlight sections are from a 40 ford car, the wheel opening is from a 39 pickup rear fender.
I stuck them all together added some sheet metal and smoothed it all with bondo.
then I pulled a mold off of each fender "plug" then I made a fender, 2 years of work. grille is 39 pickup.
