Here we see where it was welded back together, I am quite
happy with the way it has turned out.
After finishing this side, I noticed the Gap was just
too tight in relation to the door, so you can see
the Texta line where it will be cut again, it has to
be right, you can just see at the bottom of the door
post that the paint has been rubbed of already, it's
only one more cut,right !!!
The other section that has also been removed is the Door
Rubber retaining strip, I have another strip
which is long enough for both sides and which will be
welded on from the rear, much neater in one piece.
