This is the back shot as
you can see the center bar is gone and it is setting on the final pedestal
both sides
I will have to figure out the lock
down when the replacement body panel is back in place you won't see
any parts of the frame that it
is sitting on, all of the frame work is tucked up under the body.
This is a shot of the inside
the corners at the bottom there will be cut at a 45 to clean it
up and the top will be angled to
match the horizontal bar.
This is a better shot of
the pedestal it will be setting on it will have a pin in the center to
keep it
solid along with a safety latch
to come later. Now that I have explained the days work the hinges
took almost half of the day as
it had to be very accurately measured to make sure the machinist
will be able to mill out the holes
in the exact spot so the cab will be right.
