The shot of the bar in the middle is to make sure that we have the
right distance between the frame and wheel width for the brackets,
Where the tubes attach to the frame and the lower cradle is where the
'A' arms attach this is a 4 wheel independent suspension a real roller skate
Notice now that the second A Arm Bracket is attached to the Tubing via the Cross Pivot Bolt
Now that everything is where it should be the Brackets can be welded to the Chassis or Frame.
