I'm learning some valuable lessons! When I originally drew this up (see copy Page 30
on this site) I assumed an angle on the steering column. After getting the
column installed and adjusted for maximum driver comfort and useable range
of tilt positions the angle was a lot different. This in turn put the
u-joint angles outside of acceptable range. A 14" Wizard Steer Clear box was
required instead of the 16" that I had bought. (lesson- don't buy it until
you know it will work) I had already ground the required flats into the
splined shafts for the set screws. Selling dealer would not take it back in
exchange but the manufacturer did. Hope to have the replacement in about a week.
