My 1941 Ford COE P109

This is the RH Side Wheel Arch which will be used as you can see it is in very good condition with no rust at all
not like the original one on my COE, I have had it Sandblasted  and it has been coated internally with Fishoil.

Here we see the Wheel Arch welded in place and looking great, notice how well it lines up with the Red section
in the lower door opening, that's because they both came from the same Truck and halfway around the world
they are being reunited and joined.

See the Lower Cowl patch Panel trial fitted in place and lining up very nicely with the other areas,
I have now welded up the inner Fender Skirts, this involved about three feet of welding on either side.
Big job but well worth the end result.
Notice also my method of lowering the Front Bumper Bar 5", very simple, this had to be done as the
Cab has been lowered 5" over the Chassis.
