This photo is just to show the splined shaft and the universal joints.
Do not take any notice of the Brake pedal it is only there to work out the length and operation
Here is what I had to do fit the R & P and the section cut out of the Chassis
To overcome this cutting of the Chassis Rail the Angle was fitted under the rail and this grey primer section was fitted on top
Here is a side shot showing the profile of the top plate and the Angle underneath
And finally I can say that the Steering is finished except for some pipes and hoses to the Power Rack & Pinion
