One Transmission mount to suit the FMX Transmission
This was manufactured from one of the spare bed crossmembers
that I had when the bed was shortened to suit
the C20 Chassis, it measures 75 x 50 mm and bolts to
three original Chassis holes,
only one new hole needed to be drilled on either side.
As you can see two larger holes were drilled into the
underneath of the crossmember to accept the Rubber Mount Stud nuts.
Here is the new Crossmember fitted in place and never
to be removed,
it needed to go in with a big hammer, It was a tight
fit !!
Ground clearance is just over 8", which is more then
the Engine Crossmember.
The Trans crossmember will be giving it's final coat
of paint when final fitting of the Trans takes place.
