This Shifter Cable is about 8 feet long and was saved from the Mazda/Ford Trader Truck that I scrapped
about 8 years ago, sure glad I saved this cable as it was just the right length for this conversion.
Here is the Cable fitted to my shifter which I thought was Jaguar but had the VW marking inside it when I took it apart.
What you see here is the Shift Lever on the FMX Transmission that I have to try and fit the Cable to.
So far I have fashioned a plate with spacer tube that bolts to both Shift Levers
At the top of the photo you see the Neutral Safety Switch,
my Shifter also has the same switch so I have a choice which one I want to use.
