I got sick of trying to make all the old gauges I had work so I thought hang the
expense and buy some new gauges, most of the manufacturers only supply the
4 basic 2 1/16" gauges but as I needed 7 (7 holes to fill) I searched and ended
up with VDO gauges, the only that had a different bezel was the clock,it had a
black plastic bezel so after getting an old gauge from a friend, thanks Ray
I fitted the matching bezel to the clock.
so now we have, Volts, Trans Temp,Oil,Water,Gas,Clock and Vacuum.
To further make it easier to read what is going on, I fitted three gauges in the
engine bay under the flip cover, these still need to be hooked up, but we have
Engine Oil Temp, Oil pressure and Water.
