Well I have finally had the floor Aluminium floor sections cut to their sizes
At this stage they are only lying lose in place, the corners need to be cut out
for the load eyelets.
Looks pretty good if I do say so myself, the sections are about 1/8" below the
main bed frame, so any flat loads, if there is such a thing will lie on the frame
and not the aluminium, for events like swap meets, I am going to make a
dismantable box which will sit on the centre main bed frame bearers and be held
in place by the 4 corner eyelets, hopefully that will keep the scratches to a minimum
Now I just need to drill and tap about 80 1/4" holes to keep it all in place.
