On the left you can see the new radiator in place and on the right a
 cardboard template for the air ducts
  
So the air ducts were formed from  Colorbond steel  which was black,
saved painting it !!! The Ducts still need to have some pinchweld fitted to
 the edges , the top edge fits up against the inside of the Hood/Grille panel.
