Ok What you see here is the start of a pair of car support frames,
think of them as very short ramps.
 
The upper part of the new frames, the timber you so on the right
 is what will be used to get the car onto the frames,
maybe not in timber but I first need to get the frames done.
 
A different view showing both ends of the wood plank and
where it will start from.You can see in the pic on the right the
upper tubes that will have another tube slipped over that.

A couple of different angles of the frame so far., by the way,
 the Petrol Tank with the flag draped over
 it will be gone in another week or so.
