Time to start on the doors, all the wood will be removed and replaced by ????
 
As you can see the door skins do appear to be in good condition with only a small portion of the skin being rust affected

With the timber being removed from the doors , there is not much left, Bob has other doors from KB Trucks these will be used to repair the D doors

With all the timber gone, it is time to remove the edge that held the timber in place

And here are the remains of one door including inner and outer skin and a pile of firewood
