Time to rebuild the door hinges, the above hinge pins had too much play so had to be renewed
 
So Bob tried to find a set of replacement pins

He was successful in finding some but I don't know where he got them or what they were from
notice the C Clip holding them in place

The threads in the door pillars plate were beyond repair so they were threaded to 3/8"
but this meant the heads would be sitting proud of the hinges,

So after enlarging the chamfer  for the 3/8 csk cap screw


The Door pillars threads were enlarged to 3/8"

And the hinges were trial fitted in place

And with a dial indicator they were properly aligned

And the process was repeated for the lower hinge
